Jan - Mar '09...............$3250/month -  High Season*
Six Months '08-'09......$1900/month.
Yearly Rental..............$1075/month.

*Rentals subject to 11% Florida tax for terms less than 6 months. 

Minimum Rental:  3 months. 

High Season - First month's rent due on signing of rental agreement. Second month's rent due on or before October 1, and last month's rent due by December 1. (See below for 6 months and yearly  rental payments).

 Other Payment Terms

 Six month Rental $3800 in advance for last 2 months, balance @ $1900/month in advance on 1st of month.

 Yearly rental   $2150 in advance for last 2 months of lease, balance @ $1075/month in advance on 1st of  month.

  $500.00 Deposit together with completed Application to Rent to secure against damages, misplacements, cleaning - refundable 45 days after end of rental period or upon written rejection of formal written rental agreement.

Rules of the condo association must be strictly followed
NO Pets; NO Smoking.
Rental Agreement required, and is available for review
Payment Mode: - Money Order, Cashier/Bank Check or Personal Check on US Banks accepted with 10 day waiting period.
